How much does the residency program cost?

Our pricing is simple, transparent, and all-inclusive. We charge a flat fee for the entire residency process:

• €10,000 for a single applicant.
• €15,000 for a family package (two adults + up to two dependent children under 18).

This fee covers the entire service from start to finish: eligibility screening, document preparation, government submission, application tracking, approval, and post-approval support such as relocation assistance or business setup introductions.

Unlike other residency programs, we do not require:

• Investments in property or companies.
• Minimum income thresholds.
• Separate legal or government processing fees.

Clients appreciate the simplicity and predictability of this flat fee, especially when compared to other EU programs costing €50,000–€500,000 in investments plus legal fees. Our model eliminates financial surprises while delivering a concierge-level service and rapid results.
